These folks are amazing. We bought an original engagement ring from another store as we didn't know about Dixon. I started doing research as I wanted to design a custom wedding band for myself. I had an old ring that had a few diamonds from my grandmother (it was her wedding ring way back when). Dixon was able to design a comfort band (in platinum as suggested) with the diamonds from the old ring. Its simple, yet tasteful, very comfortable and incredibly unique. They then took the gold and designed a custom butterfly pendant that we gave to my mother. The whole experience was top notch. We also had them design my wife's wedding band. This was all several years ago and Dixon has always been there to clean or resize or for any questions. We are going tomorrow to have another customer wedding band made. My only issue is that I wish there was a bit more advertising because we likely would of had my wife's engagement ring custom made here instead of buying at a retail store. I recommend these folks to everyone, they are artists.

For our wedding, they helped us create: a beautiful set of wedding bands, a refreshing of a beloved family heirloom, and a gorgeous pearl bar necklace. Matthew and Brette provided fantastic service and were very enjoyable to work with. Matthew especially takes great care to share clear and useful information and is very passionate about his craft. Brette helped us understand what services were useful and in fact, was very honest whenever something would likely not be worth our time or money. Their no pressure, client and quality first approach is evident the moment you walk in. We cannot recommend them enough!

I had an excellent experience at this jewelry store and couldn’t be happier with the service. They replaced the diamond in my engagement ring and also repaired several loose claws, and the workmanship was outstanding. My ring looks absolutely beautiful and feels secure again.

Dropped in for a ring sizing and had a great experience.

The staff was very helpful and friendly discussing the ring I had in mind from another company despite knowing I was not there to purchase anything.

They happily explained how ring types and hand warmth might affect the sizing and I got the information I was looking for.
