Dropped in for a ring sizing and had a great experience.
The staff was very helpful and friendly discussing the ring I had in mind from another company despite knowing I was not there to purchase anything.
They happily explained how ring types and hand warmth might affect the sizing and I got the information I was looking for.

The custom design process is incredible. They work within your budget to create your dream ring. Matt Dixon is the best of the best, one of the only jewellers in the city to do everything on site. The only place I would recommend for custom wedding/engagement bands

Our experience was great, Matthew created my engagement ring, with the design my fiancé provided, and the execution was flawless. It is the most beautiful piece I’ve owned and it sparkles like nothing I’ve seen before! He even polished it for me when I noticed a small scratch. Very quick turn around, and working with Matthew was lovely!! Will definitely be returning for all other pieces we purchase over the years.
